行为规范

誉尼美(苏州)橡塑有限公司,以下称为誉尼美,已确认以下所有涉及到本公司事务的行为规范政策,并在我们所处的国家将会:

童工

年龄小于14周岁或当地规定的最低工作年龄的未成年人都不得录用。年龄不满18周岁的工人不得从事重体力劳动及危险工种。

 

强制劳动

誉尼美不会购买使用强制劳动的制造商的任何产品或零件。供应商应尊重所有员工,不得体罚员工,不得对员工进行性骚扰及身体和心理的口头骚扰或虐待

 

结社自由

供应商应承认和尊重工人自由结社的权利及按照他们所在国家的法律进行集体谈判的权利。

 

工资福利

我们期望我们的供应商应认同工资报酬是员工的基本需求的重要性。所有的工人和雇员所得到的的报酬,包括工资,津贴和福利,都不得低于国家法律规定的最低总报酬。供应商不得要求员工正常工作时长及加班时长超过国家法律规定的限值。

 

个人健康及人身安全

根据国家的法律法规,工作环境应健康安全。

 

环境

供应商应遵守所有适用于当地环境及其业务的环境法规。当供应商在两种具有相同功能的化学品中做选择时,当选择对环境危害最小的那一种。

 

服从及监督

誉尼美将不定期派代表拜访供应商工厂,以检查是否遵守此行为规范。

 


Code of Conduct

Unimer (Suzhou)  Rubber and Plastic Co. Ltd., hereafter noted as Unimer, have acknowledged following Policy of Code of Conduct that concerns all our business, independent in which country we act:

  • Ethical and responsible
  • With respect for the people’s rights
  • With respect for the environment

 

Child Labor

Children or minors under the minimum working age established by local law or fourteen (14) years, whichever is greater, will not be used. Workers under eighteen (18) years of age shall not be used in work that carries health or safety risks.

 

Forced Labor

Unimer will not purchase products or components thereof from manufacturers that use forced labor. The supplier shall treat all employees respectfully and with dignity and may not subject employees to corporal punishment, physical, sexual, psychological, or verbal harassment or abuse.

 

Freedom of Association

The supplier shall recognize and respect the rights of workers to freely associate and to bargain collectively in accordance with the laws of the countries in which they are employed.

 

Wages and benefits

We expect that our suppliers shall agree that compensation and wages are important for the basic needs of the employees. All workers and employees shall be paid at least the minimum total compensation required by law of the country in which they are employed including all mandated wages, allowances and benefits. The supplier shall not require their workers to work more than the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by the law of the country in which they are employed.

 

Health and personal safety

The working environment shall be safe and healthy in accordance with the laws and regulations of the country.

 

Environment

The supplier shall comply with all environmental laws and regulations applicable to the local surroundings and its business. When the supplier has the choice between two chemicals with the same function, he shall choose the chemical that is the least hazardous to the environment.

 

Monitoring and compliance

Unimer nominated representatives are entitled to visit the supplier’s plants at any time in order to inspect the conditions therein and investigate whether or not the Code of Conduct is being complied with.
